Terms of Service
The rules for using and publishing on AsianLaunch.
Last updated: August 22, 20261. Acceptance and eligibility
By using AsianLaunch or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required in your country, and able to enter into these Terms.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You may also sign in through Google, subject to Google's terms.
3. Product submissions
You must own or have permission to publish every product, claim, link, logo, image, and other item you submit. You grant AsianLaunch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, display, translate, and promote that content for operating and marketing the platform. You retain ownership.
4. Platform review and acceptable use
We may review, edit presentation, reject, unpublish, or remove submissions and accounts. Do not submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, harmful, malicious, discriminatory, privacy-invasive, or spam content, manipulate analytics, impersonate others, scrape the service abusively, or interfere with security.
5. Feedback, waitlists, and communications
Feedback and interest signals are directional and may not represent market demand. Founders who receive opted-in email addresses must use them only for the stated product purpose, honor unsubscribe and privacy requests, secure the data, and comply with applicable marketing and privacy laws.
6. Analytics and market testing
Visits, source, country, Qualified Views, and Try metrics are estimates affected by browsers, networks, attribution rules, bots, sample size, and campaign design. AsianLaunch does not guarantee accuracy, traffic, users, rankings, validation, or commercial results. Do not treat dashboard results as professional research or advice.
7. Third-party products and links
Products are submitted by independent founders. AsianLaunch does not own, endorse, warrant, or control them. Your use of a third-party product is between you and its provider; review its terms and privacy practices before using it.
8. Service and intellectual property
AsianLaunch and its original design, software, branding, and content are protected by applicable laws. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. AsianLaunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the platform, submissions, analytics, or third-party products. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Suspension, changes, and contact
We may suspend access for violations, risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted. Questions may be sent to the address below.
